Dimming in the corners is reduced to a minimum and there are no geometric aberrations. Eye relief is convenient for observing in regular glasses or sunglasses. The minimum focus distance is only 2 meters (6.6 feet), and that allows for using this monocular indoors.

The waterproof feature of this optical tool is also noteworthy. It is impervious to rain and snow. It will not be damaged from falling in a pond or lake. The nitrogen-filled shell protects the optical elements from fogging.
